Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Pulse is committed to the principles of the Modern SlaveryAct 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.
We have a zero-tolerance policy in relation to modern slaveryacross our business and supply chain and strictly prohibit the use of modernslavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on ourbehalf. As an equal-opportunities employer, we're committed to creating andensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff.And, we want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoingwithout any risk to themselves.
Our recruitment and people management processes are designedto ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UKand to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.
We do not enter into business with any organisation, in theUK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery,servitude and forced or compulsory labour.
Our supply chain
Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves tohave a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
Our supply chains are limited and we procure goods andservices from a restricted range of UK and overseas suppliers.
However, we will as part of ongoing risk assessment and duediligence consider whether there are any reasons of circumstances that mightwarrant us carrying out an audit of suppliers for their compliance using theSocial Responsibility Alliance termplate https://www.socialresponsibilityalliance.org/strt/.
Our policies in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015

Embedding the principles
We will continue to embed the principles of this policy by ensuringstaff involved in procurement activity are aware of and follow modern slaveryprocurement guidance on GOV.UK.
Accountability and responsibility for this policy
Our director Jacqueline Milton is responsible for ensuring thatthis policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations as well as ensuringthat our staff comply with this policy.
Any Pulse employee must report any incidence of suspicion ofmodern slavery or human trafficking to Jacqueline.
This statement will be reviewed and updated every year.
